Information We Collect
When you take the Centering Influence Survey, we may collect your name, email address, organization name, and group/team name — all of which are optional. We also collect your survey responses and the scores calculated from them.
If you access the survey through a referral link, we record which link you used so that your results can be associated with the appropriate organization or group.
We do not collect sensitive personal information such as financial data (payments are processed securely by PayPal), government identification numbers, or health information.
How We Use Your Information
Your survey responses and scores are used solely to generate your personal results report. If you are participating as part of an organizational or group engagement, your results may be included in aggregate (anonymized) group statistics shared with authorized administrators.
Individual results are never shared with third parties for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.
If you provide your email, we may use it to send you a link to your results or to respond to a support inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with row-level security controls. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption. We do not store payment card information — all payment processing is handled externally by PayPal.
We retain survey data for as long as necessary to provide our services. If you would like your data deleted, you may submit a deletion request at any time.
Your Privacy Rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you.
You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate information.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. We will fulfill such requests within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations.
You have the right to opt out of any non-essential communications at any time.

Cookies & Tracking
We use minimal session storage to maintain your progress through the survey. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, behavioral analytics cookies, or fingerprinting technologies.
Our website may use basic analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. This data is not linked to individual identities.
